CrossComps - The Lifelong Fitness Competition

CrossComps is a fun, friendly, free, fitness “competition” for individuals and organizations to promote health and fitness. It's a competition for "couch potatoes," not athletes. Participants get a Baseline Fitness Assessment and an Exercise Rx. Then they train and "compete" to improve their fitness scores, and they challenge others to do the same.

Healthcare Revolution - Revolutionizing Healthcare from the Bottom Up!

America needs you, because Healthcare is Changing. The healthcare industry is changing, and you can help make sure it changes for the better. The old system of disease detection and treatment doesn't work for the chronic conditions that plague our modern society. The obvious solution is disease prevention and health promotion. By helping individuals, families, and whole communities stay healthy, healthcare can be changed from a high-cost, crisis-driven system to a low-cost, self-directed adventure.
