TLC Coaching Sessions are provided by certified OptiHealth Coaches. All sessions are conducted over the phone and are scheduled as 10-minute appointments, but involve prior data collection and review.
TLC Coaching Sessions are most helpful during the Implementation phase of your Therapeutic Lifestyle Change program. For guidance in the assessment and planning steps of your TLC program, refer to our Lifestyle Medicine Consultations.
Depending on your health status and goals, you can select a monthly Coaching Package involving 1 to 3 weekly Sessions.
Monthly Coaching Packages are interchangeable and can be purchased month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts.
