An OptiHealth TLC Action Team is a new kind of support group. Each team is led by a certified TLC Action Team Captain. Each Captain designs and develops their TLC Action Team with the following parameters:
  • Each Team exists to provide information, encouragement, and comradery regarding Therapeutic Lifestyle Change.
  • Team "Huddles" (meetings) are scheduled on a weekly basis.
  • Attendance is open and optional.
  • Participation at each Team Huddle is optional.
  • Huddles focus on planning and problem-solving "as needed."
  • Discussions are open, but facilitated by the Team Captain.
  • Each member works on their own personalized TLC Program.
  • Team members may be working on different lifestyle changes.
  • Team members may be at different stages in their TLC process.

As a member of OptiHealth Network, you can purchase a package of 6-24 TLC Action Team Huddles. Each package is good for 12 months with the same TLC Action Team.
