Getting regular exercise prevents, controls, and can even reverse, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and even some forms of cancer. Exercise is truly powerful medicine, and that's why exercise should be part of every personalized OptiHealth TLC Program.
OptiHealth Fitness Trainings are for people who HATE to exercise, because our certified trainers know how to help sedentary individuals learn how to do basic exercises and design weekly exercise routines in a safe and enjoyable (or at least tolerable) manner.
OptiHealth Fitness Trainings are usually conducted semi-privately at a local gym and "walk-in" times may be limited to certain business hours. No appointment is necessary.
Depending on your health status and fitness goals, you can select an OptiHealth Fitness Training Package involving 10 to 100 different exercises. You choose the exercises that you want to learn and you set the pace that's comfortable for you.
All fitness trainings are done according to your fitness goals and abilities, and most of the exercises can be done with no or minimal home exercise equipment. A gym membership is not required.
