OptiHealth Fitness Programming is based on your Med-Fit Score, which is determined by a Med-Fit Assessment (sold separately).
Our fitness programming generally involves 3 exercise sessions of 5-10 minutes each per day, 6 days per week, plus a recommended recreational activity on your "rest" day each week.
You will receive an email each day that explains your exercises for that day. Exercise sessions increase in variety and intensity as your fitness level improves.

Our fitness programming for individuals with a Med-Fit Score of 100 is designed to maintain your fitness for a full year.
